About This Training
The program was designed with a strong focus on hands-on, real-world learning, featuring live deployment scenarios, detailed configuration walkthroughs, and practical sessions aimed at enhancing technical readiness across our partner teams.
This was not a lecture, it was a lab. The SCTA certification program is built around live deployment scenarios and detailed configuration walkthroughs, so participants spent most of the session hands-on rather than watching a screen, working through the kind of real-world troubleshooting that shows up on customer sites, not just exam questions.
That hands-on focus was deliberate. Technical readiness across our partner teams isn’t something a slide deck can build; it takes repetition on an actual console, which is exactly what this program delivered.
